• Please note the pricing below applies to self-serve hires for non-ticketed events, starting 13th March 2025. Self-serve means that you will self-check-in and the other attendees of your booking using door access codes.

• For self-serve, non-ticketed event booking - you can select the type of Hire, view the calendar availability and book online. You can book up to 4 hours in advance using this portal. If you are looking for a booking within 4 hours you can enquire by Instagram @xystudiolondon and we will do our best to respond to you in time.

• For ticketed event hosting please email info@xystudiolondon.com.

Self-Serve, Non-Ticketed events

• Peak Time £75/h: Weekday 18:00-22:00, Weekend 11:00-19:00

• Off-Peak Time £25/h: Weekday 07:00-18:00 & 22:00-24:00, Weekend 07:00-11:00 & 19:00-24:00
