Class Booking

TERMS & CONDITIONS

- Please book online before the start of class.

- Class sign in and studio entry take place 5 minutes before the start of each class. Occasionally, sign-in takes place at the start time.

- If you arrive more than 15min late you may be unable to enter the premises as we minimise disruption to the class.

- Class registrations cannot be cancelled or re-funded once booked, but you can exchange your class following the step-by-step instructions below. The exchange window is open till 7 pm the day before a class with the option to select another class of the same value or less within 7 days before or after the original class. https://support.bookwhen.com/en/articles/6471750-booker-transferring-a-ticket

- If the class is covered by another teacher (same style and level) and you do not wish to exchange to another class on the existing schedule, you have the option to request an exchange to class credit up to the class start time by writing to info@xystudiolondon.com. The class credit has 6 months validity.

- All class passes have expiry dates and can be used once per class.

- Class videos and photographs may be taken, displayed and distributed across the studio and teachers’ social media platforms, please let the photographer/videographer know if you do not wish to be captured.

- We are not responsible for safely keeping any personal belongings on the premises where we host classes.

Liability Waiver

By booking classes and/or using the facilities of XY STUDIO or Cromwell House, you acknowledge and agree that XY STUDIO, its owners, employees, agents, landlords and affiliates are not responsible for any personal injury, death, or property damage occurring on the premises. The hirer assumes full responsibility for their safety and releases XY STUDIO and Cromwell House from any liability, claims, demands, or causes of action that may arise from your participation in activities within the studio.
